We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to own inventory and channel operations across Amazon and Shopify. You'll keep product flowing, listings sharp, and stock levels right across both channels.
What you'll do
Own inventory planning across Amazon (FBA) and Shopify — forecast demand, prevent stockouts, and avoid overstock
Write purchase orders to suppliers and manage open POs through receipt
Create transfer orders between our 3PL, Amazon FBA, and any other stocking locations
Manage Amazon Seller Central: FBA shipments, listing optimization (titles, bullets, A+ content), account health, and case management
Maintain Shopify product listings — copy, images, variants, collections, and merchandising
Coordinate Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands) in partnership with our agency or in-house team
Build weekly reporting on inventory, sales, and channel KPIs
Work cross-functionally with our 3PL, supply chain, and creative teams
What you bring
5+ years in ecommerce operations for a DTC or CPG brand running Amazon and Shopify
Hands-on experience writing POs, managing inbound receipts, and moving inventory between locations
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA logistics, listings, ads) and Shopify admin
Strong spreadsheet skills
Proclivity to build systems with AI tools like Claude Code and Codex
Bias for action, ownership mentality, and the ability to juggle a lot without dropping anything
