JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces to support the daily operations of our eCommerce business. The role will focus on Amazon listing management, marketplace operations, customer service, resolving marketplace issues, and assisting with various operational tasks to help maintain and grow our online sales channels.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while following processes and taking ownership of assigned tasks. Candidates should have practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, flat files/inventory templates, listing updates, troubleshooting listing issues, and experience working with other eCommerce platforms such as Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or TikTok Shop is a plus.

This is a full-time remote position for a Filipino candidate who is committed, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing eCommerce business.
