We are seeking an experienced and highly driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our online marketplace operations. This role requires a self-sufficient individual who can manage, optimise, and grow our presence across multiple platforms including (but not limited to) Wayfair, B&Q, Wilko, The Range, and other major marketplaces.
You will be the primary decision-maker for marketplace performance, responsible for driving sales, improving listings, and executing marketing strategies without the need for constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all marketplace accounts (Wayfair, B&Q, Wilko, The Range, and others)
Take full ownership of product listings, pricing strategies, and stock performance
Optimise listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to maximise visibility and conversions
Plan and execute promotional campaigns within each marketplace
Analyse sales performance, trends, and competitor activity to inform decisions
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion across new marketplaces
Coordinate product uploads, updates, and catalogue management
Monitor account health, compliance, and marketplace requirements
Work independently to make strategic decisions that drive revenue and profitability
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces
Strong understanding of platforms such as Wayfair, B&Q, Wilko, The Range, etc.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
Confident decision-maker with a proactive mindset
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
Experience in digital marketing and marketplace promotions
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Desirable (Bonus) Skills
Experience within the furniture or homeware industry
Familiarity with Linnworks or similar inventory/order management systems
Experience launching and scaling products across multiple marketplaces
Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising within marketplaces
