Toyomi is a trusted Singapore home appliance brand with a long-standing presence in the market. As we continue to strengthen our direct-to-consumer and marketplace business, we are looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Growth Lead to own and grow our online sales across Shopify
This role covers the day-to-day management and growth of our e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for listings, promotions, platform campaigns, affiliate creator coordination, livestream support, stock coordination, customer and order support coordination, and performance tracking, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and commercial growth.
This role is not primarily focused on Shopee and Lazada account management, but on growing our broader e-commerce business across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other key digital sales channels.
< KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >
Manage daily e-commerce operations across Shopify and all major sales platforms
Own and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, bundles, and promotions across channels
Manage TikTok Shop as a key growth platform, including product setup, campaign support, ad creation, affiliate creator coordination, and livestream support
Search for, recruit, and coordinate TikTok Shop affiliate creators to drive sales and visibility
Plan and execute online promotions, launches, bundles, and campaign mechanics across platforms
Support TikTok Shop livestream setup and execution, including promotions, flash sales, vouchers, product selection, and ad support
Coordinate stock updates and inventory availability across all e-commerce channels
Monitor sales performance, conversion, and platform health, and recommend actions to improve GMV
Propose ideas to improve sales, conversion, visibility, and repeat purchase rates
Suggest new tools, workflows, or initiatives to improve e-commerce operations and efficiency
Support basic on-page and off-page SEO improvements across product pages, collections, and website content to improve visibility and traffic
Work closely with design, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution
Support homepage, landing page, collection, and merchandising updates on Shopify
Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, sales events, and promotional opportunities
Provide customer support and order support, including helping to coordinate responses to order issues, product concerns, and fulfilment matters
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and highlight growth opportunities
Monitor competitor activity, platform trends, and new opportunities to improve sales and brand visibility
Support KOL, creator, affiliate, and livestream coordination where relevant
< SKILLS REQUIRED >
Experience managing Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce or marketplace platforms
Good understanding of e-commerce operations, product listings, promotions, and stock coordination
Experience with TikTok Shop operations and affiliate creator coordination
Strong planning, organisation, and project coordination skills
Able to analyse sales performance and recommend practical actions for growth
Good written and spoken English
Able to work across different teams and follow up independently
Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded
Familiarity with basic SEO principles for e-commerce
< GOOD TO HAVE >
Basic Shopify UI/UX knowledge and application skills, including an understanding of what improves user experience and conversion
Experience with EDM platforms,
Basic understanding of creative briefing and visual merchandising for e-commerce
