JOB OVERVIEW

We are a mission-driven children’s e-commerce brand looking for a part-time marketing campaign and design lead.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can help turn campaign ideas into organized execution, manage multiple campaigns at once, build and review email campaigns, audit Klaviyo flows, track performance, and create polished graphics that stay consistent with our visual identity.

This role is not a beginner VA position. We are looking for someone with proven experience executing e-commerce campaigns from planning to launch.

What You’ll Do
* Help turn campaign ideas into clear timelines, tasks, and deliverables
* Manage multiple campaigns at the same time across email, social, and website updates
* Build, QA, schedule, and review email campaigns in Klaviyo
* Audit Klaviyo flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, browse abandonment, and winback
* Review campaign and flow performance, including open rate, click rate, revenue, conversion, unsubscribe rate, and customer behavior
* Recommend improvements based on data
* Create campaign graphics for email, website, and organic social
* Create or edit Adobe Illustrator files for brand assets, hangtags, backdrops, packaging-related graphics, and print-ready materials
* Keep designs consistent with brand guidelines
* Maintain clear updates, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp or a similar project management tool
* Communicate early if something is delayed, blocked, or at risk

Must-Have Experience

* E-commerce marketing campaigns
* Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
* Email campaign building, QA, and scheduling
* Email flow review or optimization
* Canva and Adobe Illustrator
* Creating polished marketing graphics
* Managing multiple campaign deadlines
* Reading basic marketing performance data
* Working from brand guidelines
* Clear written communication

Strongly Preferred
* Shopify experience
* Experience with children’s, parenting, toy, gift, lifestyle, or mission-driven brands
* Experience creating print or packaging-related design files
* Experience with campaign calendars
* Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
* Basic SEO/content marketing understanding

Hours
Part-time to start: 10–20 hours/week?Must have some EST availability for communication, deadlines, and campaign coordination.
