JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are hiring an E-commerce Image and Shopify Assistant to help prepare and publish product imagery for an online art and home décor store. Your main focus will be placing supplied artwork into ready-made Photoshop mockup templates, exporting the right file versions, and keeping product listings accurate on Shopify. We are looking for someone precise, dependable, and comfortable with repeatable design and listing work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Place provided high-resolution artwork into existing layered PSD smart object mockups
- Save and export high-resolution master files plus compressed versions suited for online use
- Produce correctly sized image variations for Shopify, Instagram, and other sales channels
- Name and tag image files using SEO-friendly keywords
- Create and publish product listings on Shopify using an approved product template
- Make edits, updates, and removals to existing store products when requested
- Keep product presentation visually consistent across the entire catalog
- Prepare listings for additional marketplaces as the store expands
- Take on general store support tasks when needed

Mandatory Skills:
- Confident use of Adobe Photoshop, especially smart objects and layered templates
- Ability to export images in multiple formats and resolutions accurately
- Knowledge of e-commerce image optimization including sizing and compression
- Practical experience adding and managing products in Shopify
- Basic SEO understanding for image file names and listing content
- Sharp attention to detail across repetitive tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Clear and responsive communication

Preferred Skills:
- Background working with art prints, décor, or lifestyle product catalogs
- Exposure to Etsy or similar online marketplaces
- Ability to write natural-sounding product descriptions
- General familiarity with Shopify themes and store upkeep
- Comfortable handling several product batches at once
- Open to expanding into wider e-commerce support tasks
