JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Growth Manager with strong Amazon experience.

While your background in Amazon is important, your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead the growth of our Mercado Libre account.

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce fundamentals—PPC, listings, inventory, and profitability—and is ready to apply those skills to scale a new marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Mercado Libre Account Growth (Primary Focus)
- Take full ownership of our Mercado Libre account
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
- Optimize listings, pricing, and overall marketplace performance
- Monitor account health and ensure platform compliance

Amazon Account Support (Secondary)
- Support ongoing optimization of Amazon accounts
- Apply best practices from Amazon to improve performance across platforms

Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and turnover
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to prevent stockouts and overstocking

Listing Optimization
- Collaborate with the Creative team to improve product listings and content
- Continuously optimize for higher conversion rates

Paid Ads Management
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon & Mercado Libre if applicable)
- Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CVR, ACOS, ROAS
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve performance

Data & Strategy
- Analyze sales and traffic data regularly
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies

Profitability & Reporting
- Monitor P&L and ensure profitability targets are met
- Maintain TACOS targets where applicable

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Gen VA team for account support

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS)
- Experience in listing optimization and conversion improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and lead Mercado Libre account growth
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus
