About us
We are a Dutch e-commerce company running a portfolio of Shopify dropshipping stores in home & decor and fashion, selling across European and US markets with Google as our main traffic channel. Because we work with suppliers, our catalog changes constantly.
We are a small, fast-moving team. You will work directly with the founders, our supply chain contact, and our customer service team.
The role
You are the person who owns our product catalog. You build new listings for our home & decor stores, and you quality-check and correct listings for our fashion stores. You make sure every product page is accurate, well-written, searchable, and visually strong.
This is not a copy-paste job. We are looking for someone who understands why a listing performs: the right keywords in the title, clean variant structures, complete product information, and images that convert.
What you will do
Create new product listings for our home & decor stores in Shopify (titles, descriptions, specifications, variants, collections, tags)
Review and correct existing listings in our fashion stores — spot errors, weak titles, wrong sizing, broken variants, low-quality images
Do keyword research for product titles and descriptions, and apply it so our products are found in Google Shopping and organic search
Work closely with supply chain: when a supplier changes a product, discontinues a size, or updates packaging or specifications, you update the listing accordingly
Work closely with customer service: based on what comes back from customers, you add extra information to the product page (materials, fit, dimensions, care instructions, what is included) and adjust the listing where needed — for example excluding a size or variant, or replacing images
Create and maintain size charts, including updating size tables in apps such as Kiwi Size Chart
Generate and edit product images with AI tools (backgrounds, lifestyle shots, cleanups, model shots, consistent brand look)
Keep our catalog consistent across brands and markets
How we work
Short lines, clear ownership, and no unnecessary meetings. You get your own set of stores and you are responsible for the quality of what is live. We check the work, we give direct feedback, and we expect you to ask questions when something is unclear rather than guess. We read every application ourselves, so mention listing ninja somewhere in your message and we will know you got this far.
What we are looking for
Proven experience with Shopify — you know your way around products, variants, collections, metafields, apps, and the admin in general
Real e-commerce SEO experience: you understand search volume, keyword intent, and how a product title affects visibility in Google Shopping and organic search
Hands-on experience generating product images with AI tools (for example Midjourney, Flux, Photoshop AI, or similar) and basic photo editing
Experience working with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Manus in your daily workflow — this is a requirement, not a bonus
Fluent spoken English — you will be in regular calls with us and with the team
Grammatically strong written English — our product pages sell in English-speaking markets and the copy needs to read like a native wrote it
Detail-obsessed. You notice that a size chart is in the wrong unit, that one variant is missing an image, or that a title is 20 characters too long
Comfortable communicating with different departments
Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a solid daily overlap with our office hours in the Netherlands (CET)
A stable, fast internet connection and a working backup plan for power outages or internet failure (generator, UPS, mobile hotspot, or a second location). This is important to us — we need to be able to count on your availability
A computer that can handle image work
Must have
Experience in dropshipping or supplier-based e-commerce
Experience working with multiple stores or multiple markets/languages
Experience with Gorgias or another helpdesk tool
What we offer
A full-time, long-term position — we are looking for someone to grow with us, not for a one-off project
Direct contact with the founders and short decision lines
Real ownership of the catalog across a growing brand portfolio
Room to bring your own ideas about how we list, photograph, and optimize products
Paid time off and yearly reviews
How to apply
Send us:

2–3 examples of product listings you created or improved, and what changed as a result
Examples of product images you generated or edited with AI
Which AI tools you use and what you use them for
Your availability and how many hours of overlap with CET you can offer
We look forward to hearing from you.
