In this role, you will handle day-to-day customer support operations including order tracking, courier follow-ups, refunds and returns, reships, and chargeback evidence submissions. You will log disputes, store proof-of-delivery screenshots, open courier cases, and perform basic fraud checks.
You will also support operations by liaising with suppliers about missing items, monitoring backorders, flagging stock issues, reporting warehouse problems, collecting packaging feedback, and summarising quality-control complaints.
On a weekly basis, you will prepare simple reports covering top customer complaints, refund reasons, delivery delays by courier, chargeback rates, defective products, coupon abuse, and average response times to help guide business decisions.
