Fast-growing DTC Shopify brand in AU / NZ, scaling mainly via Meta Ads.
Focus: CVR, AOV, revenue per visitor (not traffic volume).
Role
Own website conversion performance and offer logic.
You define what converts and why. No design work.
Responsibilities
• Audit Shopify funnel (PDP ? cart ? checkout ? post-purchase)
• Define conversion strategy for cold vs warm traffic
• Map Meta ads ? landing page flow
• Build upsell & cross-sell logic (pre-purchase, in-cart, post-purchase)
• Define bundles, pricing, offers, guarantees
• Create CRO briefs for designers/devs
• Propose high-impact A/B tests
• Optimize CVR, AOV, revenue per visitor
Requirements
• Proven Shopify CRO experience
• Strong understanding of paid traffic behavior (Meta / TikTok)
• Experience with $70–$150 AOV products
• Data-driven, performance-focused
