We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communication Manager to bridge the gap between our products and our customers. Your mission is to take the product information from our sourcing team and transform it into professional catalogs, high-converting website content, and clear brand communication.
You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure that our brand looks premium and professional across all platforms.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions that sell. No generic text – we need benefits-driven copy.
Catalog Management: Design and update professional B2B/B2C catalogs (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
E-commerce Development: Manage and update website content (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), ensuring all listings are optimized and visually appealing.
Asset Coordination: Work with the Sourcing Specialist to get high-quality product photos and videos. If the quality is low, you must provide feedback and creative direction.
Brand Voice: Ensure all communications
Required Qualifications:
Excellent English: Near-native written English is a must. You should be able to write persuasively.
Design Skills: Experience with Canva is mandatory. Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is a huge plus.
E-commerce Experience: You have previously managed product listings and website content.
Visual Eye: You can tell the difference between a "good" and a "great" product photo.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple product lines and deadlines simultaneously.
