This is a pure Conversion Rate Optimization role.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, running experiments, and improving the entire customer journey from landing pages to checkout. Your success will be measured by your impact on conversion rate, revenue, and customer experience.
What is CRO?
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is the process of increasing the percentage of visitors who take a desired action (e.g. making a purchase). This includes:
• Generating hypotheses to improve performance
• Running A/B tests and experiments
• Improving UX, UI, and on-site messaging to increase conversions

________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse store performance (conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-offs)
• Identify friction points across product pages, cart, and checkout
• Develop and execute A/B tests and CRO experiments
• Optimise product pages (copy, images, layout, trust signals, offers)
• Improve landing pages for paid traffic
• Work with heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
• Increase mobile conversion performance
• Implement upsells, cross-sells, and conversion-focused flows
• Continuously test and iterate based on data

________________________________________
Requirements
• Proven experience in e-commerce CRO (Shopify preferred)
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and buyer behaviour
• Experience running A/B tests and structured experiments
• Solid experience with Shopify ecosystem (themes, apps, page builders)
• Strong analytical skills — able to turn data into action
• Experience with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, VWO, Convert, etc.

Look forward to talking with you!
