E-commerce Business Partner Wanted for ----------

I am looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial e-commerce specialist to help build and scale ---------- , an online store focused on high-quality waterproof jackets at fair prices.

We also own the premium domain ---------- . This gives us the opportunity to develop RAINJOY into a dedicated brand website, strengthen customer trust and build a recognisable international rainwear brand around it.

This is not a typical virtual assistant position. I am looking for a long-term business partner who wants to take ownership, improve the business and share in the results.

Our roles

I will provide the business, domains, products and agreed advertising budget. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day development, optimisation and growth of the online business.

Our shared goal is clear: turn advertising spend into profitable, scalable sales and build a trustworthy brand with long-term value.

Your responsibilities

* Manage and continuously improve ----------
* Help develop ---------- into a trustworthy standalone brand website
* Create and optimise high-converting Shopify product and landing pages
* Set up, manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns
* Conduct keyword, competitor and market research
* Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking correctly
* Improve conversion rate, average order value and profitability
* Write or improve persuasive English product and advertising copy
* Test offers, prices, images, headlines and landing pages
* Analyse performance and provide clear weekly reports
* Identify problems and proactively implement solutions
* Help expand the business into additional products and international markets

Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, email marketing, SEO, Meta Ads and creative production is a major advantage.

Who I am looking for

You must have proven experience with both **Shopify and Google Ads**. I am not looking for someone who only follows instructions. I want someone commercial, honest, analytical and proactive who treats the business as if it were their own.

You should:

* Have verifiable results from previous Shopify stores
* Understand profit, ROAS, margins and customer acquisition costs
* Be able to work independently and take ownership
* Communicate clearly in English
* Be comfortable testing ideas and learning from data
* Be interested in a long-term partnership based on shared success
* Understand how to turn a product store into a credible international brand
