About the Role
We’re an Australian e-commerce brand specialising in wearable breast pumps and breastfeeding accessories. We sell direct-to-consumer via Shopify and wholesale to retailers.
We’re growing and looking for a highly organised E-commerce Assistant to help execute backend tasks, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy. This is a long-term, part-time role (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week).
What You’ll Do
This is an execution-focused position. All strategy and direction will be provided via calls, Loom videos, and written briefs. You’ll be responsible for completing tasks accurately, efficiently, and proactively. You will not be responsible for setting marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintain inbox zero and manage follow-ups
* Execute updates in Shopify (products, pricing, bundles, landing pages)
* Build and schedule campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
* Resize and edit creatives in Canva
* Upload and publish approved ads in Meta Ads Manager
* Provide a short weekly summary of open tasks and risks
What We’re Looking For
* Shopify backend experience
* Experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
* Canva experience
* Experience uploading ads in Meta Ads Manager
* Strong written English skills
* Highly organised and proactive

* 20 hours per week
* Must overlap at least 2 hours with Australian time
