Position Overview
The Ecommerce Advertising Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive profitable growth for our supplement brand. This role requires a strong understanding of direct-to-consumer ecommerce, paid social, paid search, creative testing, funnel optimization, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, creative-minded, and experienced in scaling online sales in a competitive consumer product environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to increase revenue, new customer growth, and return on ad spend
Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, audiences, bidding, placements, and creatives
Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, MER, CTR, CVR, and LTV
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives including hooks, angles, offers, copy, and formats
Work closely with ecommerce and website teams to improve conversion rates and customer journey performance
Identify new growth opportunities across paid media, retargeting, upsells,
Build reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, trends, and recommendations
Manage advertising budgets responsibly and allocate spend based on performance goals
Stay current on platform changes, industry trends, compliance standards, and supplement advertising best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing ecommerce paid media campaigns, preferably for a DTC brand
Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and ecommerce tracking systems
Experience with Shopify and related ecommerce tools is preferred
Proven track record of scaling profitable ad campaigns and improving acquisition efficiency
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action quickly
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Knowledge of supplement compliance and advertising restrictions is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience with creative strategy and direct response marketing
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar attribution/reporting tools
Experience managing product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars
Strong understanding of landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
Ability to balance brand positioning with aggressive performance goals
