About us
FLYP is a UK-based AI-native merch platform. We build branded merch stores for companies - new-hire kits, event swag, employee gifting — and our B2B side is growing quickly. We're looking for an e-commerce account coordinator to join a small operations team, reporting to our Head of Operations.
What you'll do
- Samples for prospective clients: Design and order the sample, share tracking with our sales lead, and schedule the follow-ups.
- Artwork and print-file checks: Chase clients for their logos and assets, then check every file against what each print method can actually handle (DTG, all-over print, embroidery) and flag problems before anything goes into production.
- Samples, proofs and mockups for live clients: Create the products, share proofs for approval, collate the client's feedback, order samples and share tracking.
- Product creation and catalogue: Build products, add them to shops, write descriptions, set up size charts and pricing - plus ongoing additions and removals on live client stores.
- A fixed two-hour daily window processing incoming orders, supporting our e-commerce team.
- Process one-off bulk and custom orders for client accounts
You'll be great at this if you have
- 2+ years in e-commerce operations, product listing, or as an e-commerce VA
- Hands-on product creation experience on print-on-demand platforms (Printify, Printful, Gelato or similar)
- A good eye for mockups and proofs — you can put a design on a product, spot when it looks wrong, and present it cleanly to a client
- Working knowledge of print methods and their limits.
- Confident written English. You'll be
- Comfortable with Canva or other design software
- Serious attention to detail. A wrong print file costs us real money and a reprint
- Self-directed. You'll own these processes and be expected to improve them, not wait for instructions
