We are seeking a skilled and versatile Marketplace Product & Listings Specialist to join a remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing product pages across multiple platforms—including primary Shopify store, upcoming international sites, and key marketplace partners like Macy's and Nordstrom. A core focus will be on creating compelling product experiences, enhancing visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless online customer journey. Advanced technical proficiency in both front-end product page construction and back-end data management is essential. You will work 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid on a weekly basis.
***Candidates MUST HAVE extensive experience in handling large Excel files and possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process for building product pages from scratch***
Key Responsibilities:
- Building product pages from the ground up across various marketplaces (Mirakl, Farfetch, Nordstrom, and others; not just Shopify), including managing attributes, imagery, categorization, and marketplace-specific requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables) with the ability to work comfortably in large files to manage and audit product, pricing, and inventory data
- Experience managing product data across multiple channels simultaneously (Shopify + marketplaces), including keeping pricing, inventory, imagery, and attributes in sync
- Execute the launch of new products, marketing campaigns, and promotions across all digital storefronts.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies and e-commerce best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing on product page elements (e.g., descriptions, images, layouts) to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and international teams in the US and Europe to align on strategy and execution.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing product pages on Mirakl, Farfetch, Nordstrom, and various marketplaces; experience with other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for e-commerce.
- Experience in the fashion/apparel industry is required.
- Experience with Disco, CommerceHub, Mirakl, or similar marketplace/dropshipping platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
