JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow multiple online stores. You must have hands-on experience with new Shopify store setup, Amazon Seller Central listing management, email communication, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple product categories (beauty, lifestyle, home, accessories, etc.).

This role is perfect for someone who has built Shopify stores from scratch, understands the backend of Amazon, and can support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SHOPIFY
• Set up new Shopify stores from scratch (themes, navigation, apps, settings, payments, shipping, etc.)
• Upload new products (SKU creation, titles, descriptions, tags, collections, variants, pricing)
• Edit and format product images
• Configure apps for upselling, reviews, email, and tracking
• Ensure mobile optimization and clean store layout
• Manage store updates and troubleshoot backend issues

AMAZON
• Create new Amazon product listings
• Optimize listing titles, bullets, back-end keywords, and descriptions
• Handle variations, parent/child listings, and category approval
• Upload high-quality images and A+ content (if applicable)
• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, or errors
• Assist with Amazon PPC setup or basic keyword research (bonus)

GENERAL E-COMMERCE
• Respond to basic customer emails
• Update inventory sheets and track daily sales
• Assist with product research
• Create simple reports (sales, inventory, performance)
• Work alongside the owner to complete daily tasks quickly and accurately
