About Us: Melody Faye is a custom embroidery and decorated apparel brand based in the United States. We sell across multiple platforms and pride ourselves on delivering a high quality experience to every customer. We are looking for a detail oriented, proactive virtual assistant to join our small but mighty team long term.

About The Role: This is a full time remote position supporting our e-commerce operations across Shopify, ---------- and Amazon. You will be the voice of our brand to our customers and the engine behind our product listings. This role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and professionally, and genuinely cares about doing things right.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings on Shopify, ---------- and Amazon with strong SEO and an excellent customer experience
- Write compelling product titles, descriptions and tags that rank well and convert
- Respond to all customer emails in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Weekly inventory of DTF transfers needed and communicate counts accurately to the team
- Maintain organized and consistent product information across all platforms
- Identify and flag any listing errors or customer issues proactively
- Creating designs within Canva
- Being in contact with my team regarding orders

What We're Looking For:
Excellent written and spoken English — non negotiable as you will communicate with customers daily
Strong working knowledge of Shopify — must be able to hit the ground running
Experience with Amazon Seller Central product listings
Familiarity with ---------- is a plus but willing to train the right person
Strong understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce
Detail oriented and highly organized
Self motivated and able to manage time independently
Experience working with a US based brand preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce virtual assistant role
