JOB OVERVIEW

# E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (Remote)



We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing e-commerce brand.



**Requirements (Must Have):**



* Previous experience working with an e-commerce brand

* Strong written and spoken English

* Customer support experience (email, chat, and social media)

* Experience handling shipping delays and customer inquiries

* Experience collecting chargeback evidence

* Able to respond to DMs and social media comments

* Familiar with Meta Ads Manager

* Able to upload and organize ads in Ads Manager

* Experience researching competitors and monitoring the market

* Able to find, download, and organize competitor ads

* Organize winning creatives, offers, and marketing assets

* Data reporting and basic financial tracking

* Comfortable assisting the founder with day-to-day business operations



**Bonus Skills:**



* Strong graphic design skills for e-commerce brands

* Basic video editing skills

* Experience creating ad creatives and marketing materials

* Understanding of direct-response marketing



We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
