About Us:
We are a fast-scaling e-commerce/dropshipping company focused on high-quality creatives and fast-moving product launches. Our ads are direct, emotional, and built to convert – especially on Meta and TikTok.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a high-performing video editor who understands what makes ads in the dropshipping space work. Your main job will be to turn raw content (UGC, product clips, testimonials, TikToks, supplier videos, etc.) into short, punchy video creatives that grab attention and sell.
Your Responsibilities:
• Edit scroll-stopping video ads for Meta/TikTok (UGC, viral hooks, reviews, compilations)
• Create multiple versions per product (hook variations, formats, lengths)
• Deliver videos within 24–48 hours max
• Apply trendy, platform-native editing: subtitles, emojis, cuts, sound effects, transitions
• Stay updated on current ad trends and viral formats
• Help brainstorm new creative angles or structures when needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience editing ads for dropshipping or e-commerce (please send examples)
• Mastery of video editing tools: Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut or similar
• Strong understanding of UGC-style ads and performance-driven editing
• Fast delivery, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal briefing and still deliver output that performs
• Basic English for communication (clear, fast replies)
Nice to Have:
• Experience analyzing winning ads and reverse-engineering them
• Understanding of hooks, conversion psychology, and ad performance
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or CapCut templates for faster production
