JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a High-Volume AI Video Editor who can operate at the intersection of creative storytelling and cutting-edge technology. This is not a traditional "trimming" role; you will be responsible for prompting and generating entire scenes from scratch. You must be able to produce 3 to 4 finished video concepts per day that look like they were shot in a million-dollar studio.

Key Responsibilities
Rapid Concepting: Produce 3–4 unique video concepts daily, ranging from 30 to 90 seconds.

AI Product Cinematography: Generate ultra-realistic b-roll of product packaging with perfect lighting, textures, and fluid camera movements.

AI Character Creation: Build and animate hyper-realistic talking characters with seamless lip-syncing and emotive performance.

End-to-End Editing: Handle all prompting, upscaling, color grading, sound design, and final assembly.

Required Technical Stack
You must be an expert in the following tools to hit our daily output goals:

Video Generation: Runway Gen-3/Gen-4, Luma Dream Machine, or Kling.

Character/Voice: HeyGen (Avatar/Lip-sync), ElevenLabs (Voice), and D-ID.

Image/Product Gen: Midjourney (v6+) and Leonardo.ai (for consistent product styles).

Editing/Post-Production: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop.

AI Enhancement: Topaz Video AI (for upscaling and cleaning AI artifacts).

Requirements
Speed: Ability to turn a concept into a polished video in under 2 hours.

Eye for Realism: You know how to spot and fix "AI-jank" (glitches, weird limbs, or unnatural lighting).

Proactive: You stay up-to-date with the weekly changes in the AI video landscape.
