JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing e-commerce footwear brand looking for an experienced People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of building and improving our team.

Your job is to understand what the business needs and find, hire, and help manage the right people without the founder needing to manage the entire process.

Responsibilities:

Identify when new employees/roles are needed
Create job descriptions and hiring plans
Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates
Coordinate paid trials and recommend the best candidates
Build onboarding systems for new employees
Create clear KPIs and employee scorecards
Monitor employee performance and accountability
Identify underperforming employees and recommend solutions/replacements
Help improve the structure and efficiency of our existing team
Maintain employee records and hiring systems

Requirements:

Previous experience recruiting for e-commerce companies is required
Experience hiring remote employees
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Experience with employee KPIs and performance management
Highly organized and proactive
Strong English communication
Able to work independently and make recommendations to the founder

We want someone who doesn't just wait for instructions. You should be able to understand our business, identify what talent we need, and take ownership of finding the right people.
