We are a fast-growing European e-commerce business selling premium niche products worldwide. This is a full-time, long-term role with strong advancement potential for someone reliable, proactive, and committed. This is not a simple check-in/check-out position — tasks must be completed accurately and fully before the workday ends. During onboarding and peak seasons, additional hours may occasionally be needed to meet business demands.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Virtual Assistant to handle the following responsibilities:
• Customer support: respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, resolve routine issues independently, and escalate complex cases when needed
• Product listing: upload and update products, verify specifications, format content, and ensure accuracy across platforms
• Supplier communication and issue resolution
• Production and pre-shipment tracking, including factory photo coordination and follow-up
• Competitor monitoring and reporting to identify opportunities and improvements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous customer support experience
• Reliable, consistent work ethic and ability to manage tasks independently
• Excellent communication: clear, structured, and professional
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• English proficiency at C1 level or above
• Fast and stable internet connection (150+ Mbps download and 80+ Mbps upload)
• Computer requirements: at least 16GB RAM to start, upgrade to 32GB RAM after hiring
• Dual-screen setup after hiring

Salary
• USD $450–$800/month, depending on experience
• Includes 13th-month pay

Hours
• 40 hours per week
• Minimum 6 hours daily overlap with European business hours
