We are The Trade Table (
This is not a virtual assistant role. This is a sales-first operations role where your #1 job is converting leads into orders. We generate high-quality inbound leads through Google Ads — your job is to follow up, build relationships, and close deals on high-ticket home improvement products ($500–$6,000+ per order, $17K being the highest all time).
We have the leads. We have the brands. We have the ad engine. We need someone who can close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (In Priority Order)
Your #1 job is SALES. Everything else is secondary.
1. Order Processing (Highest Priority) — When an order comes in, you process it immediately. Submit to distributor, confirm with manufacturer, verify lead time, update customer. Orders are revenue. Nothing delays this.
2. Lead Follow-Up — Every open lead gets worked until they buy, decline, or are disqualified. Phone, text,
3. Cold Outreach — Minimum 20 business-to-business calls per day. The goal is conversations that generate new sales opportunities.
4. Brand Outreach — Minimum 5 brand/dealer calls per day. We are constantly adding new brands to our catalog. Find the brand, call them, secure dealer access.
5. Secondary (only after sales work is done) — Shipping and order tracking, YouTube channel management, supplier research for future product lines, hiring support.
What you will NOT do: Product uploads, catalog management, collection work. We have a separate tea

COMPENSATION
Base Pay: $4.00/hour USD
Commission (per order — this is where it gets exciting):
We want you to earn well. Our commission structure rewards closers, especially on big orders.
Each order gets a $100 Google Ads cost allocation. Your commission is based on Real Profit (Revenue minus Product Cost minus Shipping minus Fees minus $100). The more profitable the order, the more you earn ($100 minimum profit):
Under $100 Real Profit = $5 flat
$100 – $300 Real Profit = 7% of Real Profit
Over $300 Real Profit = 10% of Real Profit
Important: The company keeps a minimum of $100 profit on every order. If the commission would bring profit below $100, it gets capped. This only affects mid-range orders — on big orders you always get the full percentage.

One big order can pay $75–$90+ in commission. We get these opportunities regularly — we need someone who can close them.
Weekly Performance Bonus (weekly revenue target: $7,500):
Hit $7,500+ = +$10
Every $1,000 over $7,500 = +$10 more
$5,000 – $7,500 = No deduction
$2,500 – $5,000 = -$2.50
Under $2,500 = -$5.00
What your total monthly earnings look like:
$15,000 in monthly revenue = ~$835/month total pay
$20,000 in monthly revenue = ~$886/month total pay
$25,000 in monthly revenue = ~$928/month total pay
$30,000 in monthly revenue = ~$1,010/month total pay
$35,000 in monthly revenue = ~$1,052/month total pay
$50,000 in monthly revenue = ~$1,192/month total pay
At $30K+ in monthly revenue, you are earning $5.75+/hour effective rate with room to grow as the business scales. Our goal is $50K–$100K+/month, and your earnings grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- E-commerce experience (Shopify strongly preferred)
- Sales experience — you have closed deals before, not just processed orders
- Strong English communication (written and verbal — you will be on the phone with US customers)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for phone calls
- Available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central US Time (CST), Monday – Friday
- Self-motivated — you will be the only person on sales daily
Strongly preferred:
- Experience with home improvement, appliance, or high-ticket product sales
- Familiarity with Google Ads lead funnels
- Experience with CRM or lead tracking systems
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls

We run highly efficient Google Ads campaigns (25x+ ROAS) that generate a strong pipeline of inbound leads. Our biggest gap is converting those leads into closed orders. That is exactly what this role is built to solve.
We are a small, fast-moving team. You will work directly with the owner and have a real impact on the company's growth. This is not a corporate job — this is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that is scaling.
