We are looking for a highly capable E-Commerce & SaaS Systems Specialist who understands how modern online businesses scale using the right tools, automations, and integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with CRM platforms, e-commerce systems, SaaS tools, and AI integrations*to streamline workflows and improve business performance.

You will work remotely with our team to build and maintain a scalable digital infrastructure that supports marketing, operations, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce technology stacks
• Configure and maintain CRM systems and automation workflows
• Integrate SaaS tools across the business (marketing, sales, operations)
• Implement AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Connect platforms through APIs, integrations, and automation tools
• Improve customer journey and lifecycle management through CRM
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, automation, and scalability
• Document workflows and maintain organized system architecture
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with e-commerce platforms, SaaS tools, or CRM systems
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management
• Experience with automation tools and integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-powered workflow automation
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and optimize processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with distributed teams
• Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset

Preferred Experience

Experience with some of the following is a plus:

• Shopify / Woocomerce other e-commerce platforms
• CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• AI tools and API integrations
• Marketing automation platforms
• Analytics and reporting tools
