JOB OVERVIEW

E-Commerce Operations Manager ($2,500/Month Potential)

The Trade Table ( ---------- ) is a U.S. home improvement e-commerce store selling premium appliance brands like ILVE, Capital, Victory, Sauna Life, MrCool, and 100+ others. We sell $500-$6,000+ products through Google Ads inbound leads and need a closer who can convert them.

This is not a VA role. This is sales. If you've never closed a real sale, please don't apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Convert hot inbound leads from Google Ads (phone, email, chat)
2. Process orders immediately when they come in
3. Relentlessly follow up on every open lead until they buy or decline
4. Cold outreach: 20 B2B calls + 5 brand outreach calls per day minimum
5. Manage shipping coordination and customer updates

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $5.00/hour USD

Commission (Per Order):
- Real Profit calculated per order (Revenue minus Product Cost minus Shipping minus Fees minus $100 ad allocation)
- Under $100 Real Profit = $5 flat
- $100-$300 Real Profit = 7% of Real Profit
- Over $300 Real Profit = 10% of Real Profit
- Big orders pay big commissions (uncapped)

Weekly Performance Bonus:
- Hit $7,500/week = +$10
- Every $1,000 over = +$10 more

Monthly Bonuses:
- $50 for breaking the monthly revenue record
- $10 per 5-star Google review you generate

REALISTIC EARNINGS AT SCALE

We're targeting $100K/month in revenue at 15-20% gross margins. At that scale, top performers earn $1,500-$2,500+/month total compensation.

Current monthly revenue ? Total earnings:
- $20,000/month ? ~$986/month
- $30,000/month ? ~$1,110/month
- $50,000/month ? ~$1,292/month
- $100,000/month ? ~$2,000-$2,500/month

The more you close, the more you earn. There is no cap.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:
- 2+ years e-commerce experience (Shopify strongly preferred)
- Real sales experience — you've closed deals before
- C1+ English (verbal and written) — you'll be on calls with U.S. customers
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for phone calls
- Available 9 AM - 5 PM Central US Time, Monday-Friday
- Self-motivated

Strongly Preferred:
- Home improvement, appliance, or high-ticket product sales background
- Google Ads / paid lead funnel familiarity
- Comfort with outbound cold calls
