JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Remote | $6/hour + Performance Bonuses | Weekly Pay | Long-Term

We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer who has already managed real e-commerce campaigns and can also create and edit advertising creatives independently.

This role is for someone who understands the full process:

Research → Create Ads → Launch Campaigns → Analyze KPIs → Optimize → Scale

You should not depend on another person for every creative.

You will personally research material, edit ads, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and d ---------- what should be tested next.

Your Main Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management

You will manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for physical e-commerce products.

Your tasks include:

Launching new campaigns and product tests
Setting up campaigns, ad sets, and ads
Testing different creatives and offers
Monitoring campaign performance daily
Identifying winning and losing ads
Pausing weak performers
Optimizing campaigns
Scaling profitable campaigns
Testing new angles and creative variations
Managing multiple products and stores
Reporting important performance changes

You should already feel comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager without needing step-by-step instructions for basic tasks.

Creating Ad Creatives

You will also personally create the ads you launch.

This includes:

Researching competitor ads
Using Facebook Ad Library
Finding product footage
Finding UGC-style videos
Finding product demonstrations and reviews
Editing Facebook and Instagram video ads
Creating strong hooks
Adding subtitles and text overlays
Adding voiceovers, music, and product benefits
Creating several versions of the same creative
Testing different hooks, angles, CTAs, and offers
Turning winning creatives into new variations

We are not looking for cinematic video editing.

We are looking for direct-response creatives that sell products.

Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects, or similar software is preferred.

Strong KPI Understanding Is Required

You should know how to work with:

ROAS
CPA / Cost Per Purchase
CTR
CPC
CPM
Conversion Rate
AOV
Frequency
Break-Even CPA
Break-Even ROAS

More importantly, you should understand how these numbers connect.

You should be able to look at a campaign and determine whether the main issue may be:

A weak hook
Poor creative
Low CTR
Expensive traffic
Weak landing page
Poor conversion rate
Bad offer
Weak product
Creative fatigue
Or simply not enough data yet

We want someone who understands why performance changes, not someone who only looks at ROAS.

Creative Testing

Creative testing will be an important part of the role.

You should understand how to:

Test multiple hooks
Test different creative angles
Create variations from winning ads
Find patterns between winning creatives
Use campaign data to d ---------- what to create next
Continuously replace weak creatives with better ones

Your decisions should be based on both creative quality and campaign data.

Additional Tasks

A smaller part of the role may involve simple product page or landing page adjustments.

You may occasionally:

Replace product images
Change videos
Update prices
Change offers
Update text
Check buttons and links
Make basic mobile adjustments

We normally provide examples or templates.

Advanced web development is not required.

Who We Are Looking For

You should have:

Real Facebook / Meta Ads experience
Real e-commerce advertising experience
Experience advertising physical products
Experience creating ad creatives yourself
Strong video editing skills
Strong KPI knowledge
Experience testing new products
Experience testing creatives
Experience optimizing campaigns
Experience scaling profitable campaigns
Good competitor research skills
Good written English
Good communication
Ability to work independently

This is not an entry-level role.

We are not looking for someone who only has:

Course knowledge
Lead generation experience
Local business advertising experience
Video editing experience without Media Buying knowledge

We specifically want someone with real purchase-focused e-commerce advertising experience.

Compensation & Growth
Starting rate: $6 USD/hour
Weekly payments
Performance bonuses
Additional commissions possible
Salary increases based on performance
Full-time remote
Long-term position

Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and potentially manage junior team members in the future.

We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of the team and understands one simple goal:

Create better ads, make better decisions, and improve profitability.
