Final Piece Puzzles is a husband-and-wife-owned company based in Colorado, USA, founded in 2025. We design and sell premium cardboard jigsaw puzzles. We are growing quickly and seeking an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to manage our existing online stores and help expand into new marketplaces.

You'll work directly with the owners and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and growth of our e-commerce channels. You'll also help manage online stores for other businesses we own.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing stores: Amazon, Faire, and Shopify.
- Launch new stores: Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Create, edit, optimize, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and variations.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, account issues, suppressed products, and other marketplace problems.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage e-commerce operations for our other businesses as needed.
- Independently handle day-to-day marketplace operations with minimal supervision.
- Experience with marketplace advertising is a plus, but not required.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience setting up and managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of product listings, marketplace requirements, and troubleshooting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can learn new platforms and take ownership of projects.

Compensation & Schedule

- Salary: $800 USD per month
- Bonus: 13th-month salary
- Paid Time Off: 15 paid vacation days annually
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM U.S. Mountain Time

Position: Full-time, remote

Interview Process

Selected candidates will participate in a paid, hands-on interview process designed to demonstrate their actual proficiency. Candidates will complete practical e-commerce tasks to showcase their ability to create and manage listings, troubleshoot problems, and navigate marketplace platforms independently.
