We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing function under the guidance of the Operations Manager, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company goals.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities related to paid advertising and creative production. This role focuses on execution, optimization, and coordination — not just strategy.
You will act as the bridge between leadership strategy and the marketing team’s daily work, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, creatives perform well, and budgets are used efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Paid Advertising Management
-Manage, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Facebook
TikTok Ads
Other platforms as needed
- Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates
- Scale profitable campaigns while controlling ad spend
- Implement structured testing for audiences, creatives, and funnels
- Coordinate closely with media buyers
Creative Direction & Performance:
- Develop marketing angles and messaging for product campaigns
- Create clear briefs for designers, video editors, and copywriters
- Review creatives before launch to ensure quality and alignment
- Analyze creative performance and request iterations
- Stay updated on trends and competitor ads
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate workflow between:
Creative team (designers, editors)
Media buyers
Product researchers
Operations Manager
- Ensure deadlines are met and bottlenecks are addressed
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns and tests
- Support smooth execution from concept to scaling
Reporting & Optimization:
- Track marketing performance and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager
- Identify issues affecting profitability or scaling
- Recommend actionable improvements
- Ensure marketing efforts align with overall operational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid ads for ecommerce or dropshipping
- Strong knowledge of
- Experience coordinating creative production
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to optimize campaigns for profitability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment
- Ability to follow leadership direction while taking initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify-based stores
- Familiarity with product testing workflows in dropshipping
- Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
- Experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of Advantage+ or automated campaign types
