Formulation Factory | Reports to: Guido Reyes, VP of eCommerce | Full-time contractor | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About the role

Formulation Factory is hiring an Amazon Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our Amazon growth system. This person monitors account health, listings, inventory, PPC/reporting inputs, catalog issues, competitor movement, and weekly action items so the team can move faster with fewer dropped balls.
Put simply: you keep Amazon from becoming chaos every week.

What you'll own

Monitor Amazon account health, listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues — and flag problems before they escalate.
Maintain the weekly Amazon performance scorecard.
Support PPC operations by preparing reports and organizing action items (this role reports on and organizes PPC — it does not manage bids or campaigns).
Audit PDPs for pricing, coupons, reviews, images, titles, bullets, and competitor positioning.
Track competitor ASINs, pricing, deals, reviews, and offer changes.
Coordinate bulk-sheet / upload work with the internal team, agencies, and vendors.
Keep documentation and ClickUp task boards current and clean.
Escalate urgent issues with a recommended next action attached.

What "good" looks like

Account health stays green — no surprise suppressions or stranded inventory.
The weekly scorecard lands on schedule, every week [confirm cadence — e.g. every Monday by 10 AM EST].
Nothing slips through the cracks: blockers are surfaced early with a clear recommended action.

Must-have

1–2+ years hands-on in Amazon Seller Central (we're a 3P seller).
Strong with spreadsheets.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Clear written communication.
Follows SOPs closely and is execution-focused.

Nice-to-have

Sponsored Ads / PPC familiarity.
Bulk sheet experience.
Listing SEO / keyword research.
Data Dive, Helium 10, ASINsight, SmartScout, or SellerSprite.
Supplement compliance awareness.
