This full time 40hr per week position is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall Digital Marketing strategy for Irish Commercials & Partech, to assist in delivering the business goals to grow profitable revenue. The role will focus on digital marketing, campaigns and e-commerce management.
The role supports both Partech and Irish Commercials.
As E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager you will be extremely sales focused and very data driven, driving traffic to the website through digital marketing, ensuring these customers convert and increasing online sales. This role will have an exciting fast paced start-up feel.
The role requires a commercially minded professional with a solid record in delivering challenging eCommerce goals from a technical, CRO, and user experience perspective
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Website Management:
- Maintain and update the Shopify website (products, banners, promos)
- Ensure shopify site is optimised for user experience and SEO.
- Monthly maintenance of other sites, Irish Comms, IC Used trucks and future sites CVRT/Bodyshop, etc
Campaigns & Promotions:
- Plan & execute digital campaigns for key events such as Black Friday, seasonal promotions, new arrivals, product launches, etc.
- Design promotional copy such as promo flyers,
- Design engaging digital copy — graphics, banners, and promo materials for both Partech and Irish Comms.
Google Ads Oversight:
- Monitor Google Ads performance managed by Voodoo.
- Provide feedback and insights to help Voodoo allocate ad spend effectively.
Direct Marketing:
- Partech E-Marketing—Manage Klaviyo
- List Segmentation: Implement and refine segmentation strategies to improve campaign relevance.
- Irish Commercials E-marketing—Quarterly Newsletters (Staff + Customers)
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track & analyse campaign performance, providing weekly reporting on key metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI, AOV, etc)
Social Media Collaboration:
- Develop overall social media strategy for Partech, ensuring alignment with campaigns/promos.
- Create content briefs for content creator, outlining campaign goals, key messages, and CTAs.
- Monitor social media performance and provide strategic feedback to the content creator to optimise engagement & conversions.
- Feature in some of the content alongside the content creator—bringing more variety and a human element to the digital channels. This is also important as they will be the cover on the days of absence of the creator.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaigns with a strong understanding of online marketing trends.
• You will have strong eCommerce experience in managing online websites within a retail / direct response environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with Shopify and experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
• Social media savvy with a deep understanding of various platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience in AdWords, and social media revenue generation is essential
