Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking Phone Orders and Inputting the Orders in Magento
• Trained and be knowledgeable of our Product Line
• Resolving Customer Inquiries via phone, chat,
• Handle Cancellations, Returns,
• Call Back any Missed Call from Customers
• Issue refunds according to our refund policy
• Assisting in the tracking of customer packages
• Medicare Billing and Claims
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.
• Able to handle irate and demanding customers
• Prior E-Commerce Customer Service and Sales experience is a big plus
• Experience with Magento, Gladly, SellerCloud, Freshdesk is a plus
• Experience with Medical Billing and claims is a plus
• Proficient using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and speaking with customers.
• Computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office, data entry, and excellent customer service skills
