JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health brand running paid ads on Meta.

We test creative constantly, and we're hiring a creative strategist to feed the machine.

First, here's what this is not:

- This is not a video editing role.
- This is not a media buying role.
- This is not a graphic design role.
- This is not a VA or social media management role.

This role is pure creative strategy and concept creation.

You research the market, find the angles, write the hooks, script the VSLs, concept the static ads, and write the copy that sells.

Editors and designers produce what you create.

What you'll actually make:

- Full VSL scripts for cold Meta traffic
- Hooks and concept briefs for our editing team
- Native static ads, where the image stops the scroll and your long-form primary text does the selling
- Advertorial and landing page copy
- New angles and test ideas every single week

Our market is older, skeptical, and has been burned by every promise in the book.

If you just read that and started thinking about mechanisms and proof instead of hype, you're probably our person.

Hard requirements:

- Direct response creative work
- Cold paid traffic experience (conversion-focused, not brand awareness, not organic content)
- You can name the brands or funnels you've written for and show the work
- You use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude in your workflow without letting them write in AI voice
- Native static experience is a big plus, but strong VSL writers should absolutely apply.

We operate "work hard, play hard" and often work 5-7 days a week.

Pay is $1,500- $2,500/month USD starting, based on skill, plus performance bonuses when your ads win (details shared in the interview).

Our starting range does not exceed that number.

There is real room to GROW beyond it once you prove you can produce winners... but if you need more to start, please do not apply.

One more thing.

Your application is the first ad you will ever write for us.

The product is you.

The customer is us.
