We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our growing brand.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and able to support a mix of blog writing, customer service, and admin/e-commerce tasks with care and consistency.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work, clear responsibilities, and being part of a brand with heart and purpose.
What you’ll help with:
* Writing and formatting blog posts from briefs
* Uploading blogs and content updates
* Customer service support via
* Responding to common customer questions clearly and warmly
* Helping with Shopify product updates and basic backend support
* Admin tasks such as tracking, organizing, and updating spreadsheets
* Supporting
* Following SOPs carefully and completing repeat tasks accurately
What we’re looking for:
* Strong written English
* Good blog writing ability
* Warm and professional communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable follow-through
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows
* Able to learn quickly and follow instructions well
* Experience with Shopify, customer support, blogs, or e-commerce is a plus
* Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
* Canva or basic design experience is a bonus
