E-Com Image Retoucher
Full-time | Remote (Philippines) | US$270 per week

An Australian fashion / lifestyle brand needs an E-Com Image Retoucher to support product imagery for ecommerce and wholesale (JOOR).

You’ll retouch, crop, recolour, rename, and QC product images to brand standards so assets ship clean and consistent. Spreadsheet tracking of asset requirements and status is a nice-to-have alongside the core graphics work.

The Opportunity
Pay: US$270 per week (fixed advertised rate; US$6.75 per hour).
Arrangement: Full-time remote contractor engagement, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned to Australian business hours.
Start: As soon as practical. Please include your earliest start date and any notice period.
The advertised rate is fixed. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the compensation and schedule.

What you’ll be responsible for
1. E-Com / JOOR retouching — Retouch and clean product imagery to brand ecommerce standards (remove dust, marks, and distractions; tidy fabric/hems so packshots look retail-ready on site and JOOR).
2. E-Com / JOOR cropping — Crop and format imagery to the required specifications (packshot vs lifestyle crops, correct aspect ratios and safe margins for web and JOOR).
3. Recolouring — Recolour product imagery accurately where required (match a colourway swatch or style note so on-site colour matches the physical garment).
4. File renaming — Rename E-Com / JOOR files using the agreed naming convention (style–colour–angle codes so assets land in the right folder and feed without manual cleanup).
5. Image quality control — Check imagery for accuracy, consistency, cropping, and correct file naming before delivery, following all creative and product notes, and flag issues or unclear requirements (soft focus, wrong crop, misnamed file, missing angle).
6. Image production spreadsheet (nice-to-have) — Maintain the master spreadsheet tracking asset requirements and status (what’s shot, what’s retouched, what’s still outstanding).

Must-haves
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required. You must communicate clearly with an Australian creative / ecommerce team.
- Strong product-image retouching portfolio (fashion, apparel, or ecommerce preferred) — clothing, skin, backgrounds, packshot cleanup.
- Confident cropping, recolouring, and batch delivery to brand specs.
- Accurate file naming and QC before handoff.
- Reliable remote worker who follows briefs and flags unclear requirements early.
- Ecommerce / wholesale imagery pipelines experience highly regarded (JOOR a plus).
- Spreadsheet hygiene (Google Sheets / Excel) is a bonus for asset tracking.
