JOB OVERVIEW

This is NOT a general VA position. We are looking for an experienced e-commerce specialist who can help build and launch an online herbal/wellness product business, set up the major systems, connect them, and help take the business from setup to launch.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and configure a Shopify store, including products, payments, shipping, apps, and basic SEO.
• Set up Amazon Seller Central and create/optimize product listings; Amazon FBA experience is a plus.
• Research and set up a suitable 3PL/fulfillment center such as ShipBob, ShipMonk, or similar.
• Connect Shopify/Amazon with fulfillment and establish the order-to-delivery workflow.
• Set up Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and product catalog.
• Set up Google Analytics and essential e-commerce tracking.
• Assist with international shipping from Jamaica to the U.S., including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and related documentation.
• Understand Prior Notice requirements where applicable and know when customs/regulatory guidance is needed.
• Help manage inventory, SKUs, shipping, fulfillment, and basic e-commerce operations.
• Create simple SOPs for recurring processes.

• Strong e-commerce operations and website setup skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving

• Herbal, wellness, supplement, beauty, or natural products
• U.S. e-commerce operations
• Shipping from the Caribbean to the U.S.
• Commercial invoices, customs documentation, or Prior Notice
• Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager / Meta Conversions API
Ideal Candidate
You are hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out independently. We need someone who can actually set up systems—not someone who only knows how to give instructions.
Compensation & Schedule
• Remote position based in the Philippines
• Part-time or full-time depending on experience
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours required
• Competitive rate based on experience
