# Title
**E-Book Graphic Designer / Illustrator – Long-Term YouTube Media Business**
# Description
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing YouTube/media business and help us create professionally designed illustrated e-books.
Our e-books are generally projects of approximately 500–800 pages.
We are not expecting every page to have a completely custom-made design. The main focus will be making the books visually engaging through:
* Custom illustrations and visual elements
* Chapter-opening designs
* Full-page illustrations
* Diagrams and informational graphics where appropriate
* Decorative elements that match the subject of the page
* Clean and professional typography
* Good spacing and page composition
* Integrating illustrations naturally with the text
* Creating a consistent visual style throughout an entire book
The final product should feel like a **professionally published illustrated book**, rather than a basic Word document with images pasted into it.
You will receive the written content and overall creative direction. Your job will be to turn that content into a visually strong, polished e-book.
### What We're Looking For
You should have strong skills in:
* Graphic design
* Editorial / book layout
* Illustration
* Typography
* Page composition
* Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
* Working with large documents
* Maintaining a consistent design style across hundreds of pages
Experience creating **e-books, magazines, books, reports, guides, or other long-form publications** is a major advantage.
Experience using **AI image-generation tools** as part of your design workflow is also a plus.
### Important
These books can contain **500–800 pages**, so you need to be:
* Organized
* Detail-oriented
* Consistent
* Able to follow an established visual style
* Comfortable working on large projects
* Able to notice problems without needing every small detail explained
* Reliable with deadlines and communication
We are looking for someone who can work with us **long-term**, not just for one project.
Our business produces content regularly, so there is potential for consistent ongoing work for the right person.
### To Apply
Please send:
1. A short introduction about yourself
2. Your graphic design experience
3. Examples of **books, e-books, magazines, PDFs, reports, or editorial layouts** you have designed
4. Examples of your illustration work
5. The software you normally use
6. Your expected hourly or monthly salary
7. Your availability per week
**Important:** Please include the word **“ILLUSTRATED”** at the beginning of your application so we know you have read the full job description.
We are especially interested in seeing examples where you have combined **text, illustrations, typography, and page design into one cohesive layout.**
