Role Overview
The core mission of the Dropship & Retail Operations Specialist is to be unequivocally passionate about the operational health and expansion of the client’s retail channels. You serve as the single point of accountability for the digital storefronts that drive our growth target, ensuring that every product launch and high velocity retail event is executed with 100?curacy.

This role exists to break the "Operator’s Trap". You are not here to simply react to portal requests; you are here to stabilize workflows, surface strategic insights from retailer data, and reduce leadership involvement in day to day management.

In this role, you will:
- Manage Product Launches: Own the end to end process of submitting forms, documents, and creative assets for new products across retailer portals.
- Ensure Site Integrity: Perform daily audits of retailer sites to ensure accuracy, manage out of stocks, and remove discontinued items.
- Maintain Catalog Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and product data are perfectly synchronized across all four focused channels: Direct, Dropship, TV Sales, and Flash Sales.
- Optimize via Data: Leverage unique retailer data and click through rates, to identify trends and improve performance.
- Support High Velocity Events: Coordinate operations for TV sales and flash sale retail events where timing and accuracy are critical.
- Distill Complexity: Translate complex portal blockers or inventory issues into simple, consumable information that leadership can act on

- Internal Productivity: Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for data processing
