# Driver Trainer & Performance Coach (Last-Mile Logistics)
## About the Role
We are looking for an experienced **Driver Trainer & Performance Coach** to help train, coach, and develop delivery drivers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, creating training materials, and helping people improve their performance.

## Responsibilities
* Train new and existing drivers through Zoom and one-on-one coaching.
* Lead engaging training sessions that are simple, practical, and interactive.
* Read SOPs and convert them into easy-to-understand training materials.
* Create PowerPoint presentations, training guides, and quick reference documents.
* Create training videos using Loom or similar tools.
* Create app walkthrough and process training videos.
* Review driver performance reports and provide coaching.
* Help drivers improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
* Create Excel reports, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and simple dashboards.
* Document coaching sessions and training activities.
* Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve training.
## Requirements
* Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics.
* Previous experience as a Driver Trainer, Performance Coach, Team Lead, Dispatcher, or Operations Supervisor.
* Previous delivery driver experience is a strong advantage.
* Comfortable speaking to groups and leading Zoom training sessions.
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Able to understand SOPs and explain them in simple language.
* Experience creating training videos is preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Positive attitude with a coaching and service mindset.
## Nice to Have
* Experience with Loom or similar screen recording software.
* Experience creating training presentations and videos.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create training content.
