ABOUT US
We are a family-owned U.S. trucking company operating approximately 15 trucks. This position will begin with a strong focus on CDL driver recruiting. Your first priority will be helping us fill our available trucks with qualified drivers. As those positions are filled and you are trained in our systems, your responsibilities will expand into fleet productivity and compliance support.
PHASE ONE: CDL DRIVER RECRUITING

Responsibilities will include:
* Post and maintain driver advertisements.

* Explain our available positions, pay, equipment, routes, home time, and requirements.
* Review applicants’ experience, driving history, qualifications, and expectations.
* Identify serious candidates and move them through the hiring process.
* Follow up consistently with interested drivers.
* Schedule interviews, testing, orientation, and onboarding steps.
* Maintain an organized recruiting spreadsheet or applicant-tracking system.
* Keep candidates informed until they are hired or are no longer interested.

The check-in is intended to be brief and maintain communication and accountability.
