**MUST HAVE ROUTING, DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE OF SOME SORT**
We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Drive Leader VA to oversee daily routing and operations for DropMint, a fast-growing pickup and delivery laundry company based in San Diego, California.
This role is primarily focused on routing, dispatching, and operational leadership — ensuring drivers are on schedule, routes are optimized, and deadlines are met. However, the ideal candidate will also be a team player who’s open to helping with other tasks as needed, such as assisting with phone calls, following up on customer issues, or coordinating with our admin and sales assistants.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and optimize AM and PM routes using Tookan
Assign and manage routes throughout the day and evening
Monitor driver progress and ensure all deadlines are met
Watch cameras and confirm operational accuracy and timeliness
Check driver schedules vs. stops in Tookan daily
Audit vehicle keys, business keys, and credit card returns
Handle failed or second-attempt pickups, cancellations, and reschedules
Follow up with drivers for pickup/delivery photos and route audits
Maintain open communication with drivers and VAs throughout the day
Work closely with the admin and sales assistants to gather daily notes
Communicate call-outs, route changes, or urgent updates
Be an all-around team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed — including phone calls, follow-ups, or customer updates when necessary

Google Sheets – auditing, tracking, and reporting
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong background in routing, dispatching, or operations leadership
Experience managing drivers or coordinating deliveries
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Comfortable managing pressure and solving problems in real time
Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
Open-minded and willing to help the team wherever needed
Able to work independently and confidently during U.S. business hours

Pay: TBD — based on skill and experience
Bonuses: $2 per positive review, $4 per order, $10 per recurring order. various monthly $50 bonus incentives

12PM – 10:30PM/Closing PST (Monday–Friday) *30min lunch*
