About us

We’re a small Sydney commercial shopfitting company (est. 2000). Retail, hospitality, medical and commercial tenancies — shopping centres and standalone sites. Joinery is a core strength: in-house factory, shell & core through to turnkey.

We’d rather work with a few exceptional people than a lot of average ones.

The role

Translate architectural drawings into fabrication-ready joinery shop drawings for production and install. Technical drafting — not concept design.

You’ll work with Project Managers, the Estimator, and the Joinery Manager.

Remote — Philippines. Hours need to overlap with Sydney (AEST/AEDT).

What you’ll do

Produce joinery packages: plans, elevations, sections, set-outs, carcass layouts, joint details, fixing details, 3D/isometrics
Dimensions in mm; buildable and coordinated with electrical, plumbing and ventilation where required
Hardware notes, materials, edge details, finish/colour codes
Issue PDF for review + DWG for the factory
Keep job folders tidy; revise from review, client or site feedback
What you need

AutoCAD (other joinery CAD a plus)
Can use CNC software: Cabmaster is a plus
Solid commercial joinery construction knowledge
Can read architectural drawings accurately
Detail-focused, organised, clear English
Prior fabrication-ready joinery shop drawings essential
Fitout / joinery factory experience highly regarded

Employment

Full-time remote (Philippines). Pay TBC on experience.
