JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

ALBA CRAFT Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker Draftsman / Mozaik Designer to support cabinetry projects through accurate drafting, 3D modeling, and production-ready documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is highly skilled in Mozaik software and familiar with Australian cabinetry standards.

You will work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality drawings, cut lists, and manufacturing files within agreed timeframes.

Work Schedule & Availability

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Work is required to be under Time Tracker
Must be consistently available during working hours
Prompt communication and responsiveness required

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Design
Create accurate 2D and 3D cabinetry drawings using Mozaik
Prepare production-ready outputs including:
Cut lists
Material and panel lists
Assembly and shop drawings
Ensure all drawings meet Australian cabinetry standards
Review work carefully before submission to maintain high accuracy

Revisions & Updates

Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
Maintain clear version control for all project files
Submit updated drawings with clear revision notes

File Management

Organize files according to established folder and naming conventions
Ensure files are properly backed up and accessible
Maintain clean, well-structured project documentation

Communication

Use Microsoft Teams as the primary communication platform
Provide regular project updates
Notify the team promptly of any issues, delays, or missing information
Participate in scheduled virtual meetings when required

Quality & Performance Expectations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Professional drafting standards and clean documentation
Clear and timely communication

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker Draftsman or Mozaik Designer
Proficiency in Mozaik software
Knowledge of cabinetry construction and joinery
Familiarity with Australian cabinetry standards (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
