What You’ll Do
-Prepare residential homes and interior layouts options.
-Prepare presentations based on the designer's inspiration and design concepts.
-Support the designer with detailed construction drawings, SketchUp & Autocad drawings.
-Ensure all drawings must be accurate and fully dimensioned.
-Revise drawings and plans based on designer feedback and project updates.
-Assist designer with material selections, plumbing fixtures and finishes.
-Assist with 3D rendering tasks when applicable (experience preferred but not required).

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
-Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting is essential; 3D is an advantage)
-Knowledgeable in SketchUp for 3D modelling and spatial visualisation
-Familiarity with Revit or BIM software is an added advantage
-Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation layouts
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting

Technical Knowledge & Competencies
-Able to read, interpret, and produce architectural and structural drawings accurately
-Knowledgeable in space planning and interior layout design for both apartments and landed houses
-Understanding of building construction methods, materials, and finishes used in residential projects
-Familiar with Additions and Alterations (A&A) works, structural reconstruction, and full rebuild processes
-Able to prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation
-Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission requirements is an advantage
-Ability to coordinate drawing sets across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) disciplines
-Understanding of material schedules, finish schedules, and door/window schedules

-Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
-Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
-Good communication skills — able to liaise with designers, project managers, and contractors
-Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
-A keen eye for design aesthetics and an appreciation for quality residential interiors

Bonus Skills (Advantage)
-Knowledge of AI tools (for design support, rendering, or productivity)
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for presentation and editing works
