Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in with basic understanding of , , , and other design software. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Your precision and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of the designs.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD and REVIT and other design software to create accurate technical drawings.
- Collaborate with principle designer to understand project requirements.
- Develop construction documents from sketches and concept design.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with U.S. industry standards and regulations.
- Make revisions to drawings as necessary based on feedback from tea ---------- mbers.
- Make revisions to drawings as necessary based on comment from different administrative discipline.
- Contribute to the overall success of projects by providing accurate and timely drawings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role. Internship may be considered.
- Proficiency in and , and other design software.

- Familiarity with creating detailed schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
