JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and reliable full-time video editor to join our team. Our focus is on creating high-quality documentary-style YouTube videos, and we need an editor who can shape scripts, voiceovers, and footage into engaging, polished content.

Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form documentary videos (10–30 minutes) with strong pacing and storytelling
- Add relevant visuals, B-roll, graphics, and background music
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and retention across all videos
- Deliver on deadlines within a structured weekly workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience editing YouTube documentaries (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of pacing, retention, and audience engagement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand style
- Reliable communication and ability to work remotely full-time
