This can go to full-time as an admin role. This role is part time project and the outcome is to ensure that you have reviewed the requirements, ensured we have all the documents per person.
Here are the current requirements.
1) Regulatory and document literacy
They must be able to:
• Read HR policies, contracts, and compliance checklists.
• Understand what is required vs optional.
• Recognize missing, outdated, or incorrect forms.
Key competencies:
• Basic HR compliance knowledge (I-9, W-4, harassment training, etc.).
• Ability to interpret instructions from:
• Client contracts
• Agency requirements
• Internal SOPs
2) Checklist-driven execution
Core behaviors:
• Works systematically from checklists.
• Does not rely on memory.
• Tracks status of each item.
Key competencies:
• Process discipline.
• Task tracking.
• Version control.
3) Attention to detail and error detection
They must:
• Spot inconsistencies.
• Notice missing signatures, dates, or attachments.
• Catch incorrect forms or outdated templates.
Key competencies:
• Pattern recognition.
• Document comparison.
• Quality control mindset.
4) Organizational and tracking skills
They should:
• Maintain structured folders and naming conventions.
• Track document status across multiple employees.
• Provide status reports.
Key competencies:
• File management.
• Spreadsheet or database tracking.
• Clear status reporting.
5) Written communication and follow-up
They must:
• Send clear, procedural
• Follow up consistently.
• Request missing items without confusion.
Key competencies:
• Professional
• Persistence without escalation.
• Clear instructions to others.
6) Systems proficiency
They should be comfortable with:
• Shared drives or document management systems.
• Spreadsheets.
• Basic HR or onboarding platforms.
Once this is completed and performed well we will move you into a full time admin role.
