About Us

Blank Check Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Roanoke, Virginia. We purchase houses directly from homeowners, helping them sell quickly without repairs, commissions, or hassle.

We're looking for an energetic Virtual Assistant who enjoys talking to people and can uncover opportunities with homeowners whose properties may need work.

Your Responsibilities
Cold call homeowners from our provided lead lists
Build rapport and ask if they have considered selling
Identify signs of property distress, including:
Vacant homes
Homes needing repairs
Fire or storm damage
Code violations
Inherited properties
Deferred maintenance
Qualify motivated sellers
Warm transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions manager
Keep accurate notes in our CRM
Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Professional phone presence
Previous cold calling experience preferred
Reliable internet and quality headset
Quiet workspace
Positive attitude and resilience

Compensation
$6/her
$250 under contract
$250 when contract closes
