About Us

We're looking for a compassionate and confident cold caller to speak with homeowners who may be experiencing difficult life situations. Your goal isn't to pressure people—it's to identify homeowners who may benefit from a simple, hassle-free sale.

Responsibilities

Call homeowners and identify opportunities involving:

Divorce
Probate
Inherited homes
Financial hardship
Foreclosure concerns
Downsizing
Job relocation
Landlord fatigue

You'll qualify interested homeowners and transfer warm leads to our acquisitions manager.

Requirements
Outstanding English communication
Friendly and empathetic personality
Previous appointment-setting or cold calling experience preferred
Reliable internet
Professional headset
Ability to handle objections respectfully

Compensation
$6/her
$250 under contract
$250 when contract closes
